This policy explains how Genesiss Multi-Speciality Hospital (“we”) handles information you share through the Genesiss Pediatric & Neonatal Care website.

When you request an appointment we collect the parent or guardian’s name and mobile number, your child’s first name and age group, the service you need, your preferred doctor, date and time, and any short message you add. Please do not send detailed medical history through the website.
How we use it
Only to handle the appointment you requested: our front-office team receives your request by email, calls you to confirm, and may send you an acknowledgement by SMS or WhatsApp with your request reference. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing.
Who can see it
Authorised hospital staff. Our email provider and, if used, our SMS or WhatsApp messaging provider process your details only to deliver these messages.
How long we keep it
Website appointment requests are deleted automatically after 90 days. Records of any consultation are kept as required by law, separately from this website.
